Payment and Refund Policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

Scope of the policy and the products or services it covers

This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of courses, training modules, subscriptions and related digital resources offered through inquiriko. The services include professional training in live television production covering studio equipment integration, dynamic camera techniques, acoustic optimisation, lighting setups and reliable production processes for news programmes, interviews and live shows. It covers both one-time course purchases and recurring subscription access within the United Kingdom.

Prices, currencies, taxes and any additional charges

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Prices include value added tax (VAT) at the prevailing UK rate unless stated otherwise. Additional charges may apply for optional extras such as printed materials or extended access periods. inquiriko reserves the right to adjust prices; any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Accepted payment methods, payment authorisation and payment security

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal and bank transfers. Payment is authorised at the time of order placement. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways compliant with PCI DSS standards. inquiriko does not store full card details.

Order, booking or service confirmation and when a contract is formed

A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email after submitting payment details. Access credentials or course links are provided within 24 hours of successful payment. You must review all details before confirming the purchase.

Cancellation rights and applicable cancellation periods

Under UK consumer law you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you may cancel without reason. For digital content, cancellation rights end once you begin downloading or streaming the material if you have given prior consent to immediate access.

Refund eligibility, exclusions and non-refundable items or services

Refunds are available within the 14-day period if no substantial access has occurred. Courses already started, downloaded materials, promotional bundles and subscription periods already used are non-refundable. Customised or group training packages are excluded from standard refunds.

The step-by-step procedure and information required to request a refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number, full name, contact details and reason for the request. Include any relevant screenshots or transaction references. Requests must be submitted within the applicable time limits.

Inspection, approval, rejection and notification of the refund decision

inquiriko will review each request within 10 working days. You will receive written notification of approval or rejection via email. If rejected, reasons will be explained and you may appeal by providing further information.

Refund method, processing time and when funds should reach the customer

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing takes up to 14 working days after approval. Bank transfers or card refunds may take additional time depending on your provider. Subscriptions are cancelled immediately upon refund approval.

Special rules for digital content, subscriptions, services or promotional offers where relevant

Digital course access is granted immediately upon purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Promotional offers are subject to their own terms and are generally non-refundable once redeemed. UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 govern how your payment and contact data are handled throughout the refund process.

Failed payments, duplicate charges, chargebacks and suspected fraud

Failed payments must be resolved within seven days or the order will be cancelled. Duplicate charges are investigated and refunded automatically where verified. Chargebacks are treated as refund requests and may result in account suspension. Suspected fraud leads to immediate order cancellation and reporting to relevant authorities under UK law.

Mandatory consumer rights in the target country that the policy cannot exclude

This policy does not exclude or limit your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or UK GDPR. You retain the right to complain to the relevant ombudsman or seek redress through the courts if you are dissatisfied with our handling of a refund.
